Even on days off, I can sometimes feel a little restless if I'm not doing something — but today, from the very start, I'd decided: this would be a day to take it slow. Hehe.

When I opened the curtains in the morning, soft light was falling on the tree in the garden.

May light has a quality to it — a little more quiet than spring, somehow. I find I rather like it.

I made some warm tea and sat out on the terrace, just drifting.

Each time the wind came through, the leaves would sway, and all I could hear was that soft rustling. A peaceful morning.

Moments like that feel calming, somehow.

In the afternoon, I spent just a little time in front of the mirror going over some movements from our last stage.

Less like practice, more like — "would this look a little nicer this way?" That kind of thinking.

Before I knew it, I'd run through things several times. I find that a little funny about myself.

Around evening, Ruka messaged me.
"What are you up to today~?"

"Taking it slow today," I replied.

"Good. Getting proper rest is important, you know~," she said.

That made me feel, somehow, a little bashful. Hehe.

Not just the days of hard work — I want to take care of the quiet days too.

I'll do my best again from tomorrow.
